The soundtracks for almost all of Tykwer's films have been created within the framework of the Pale 3 project. Beyond that, the Tykwer, Klimek and Heil trio worked on the music for another film: "The Matrix: Revolutions".

The Matrix: Revolutions
In August 2003, Pale 3 composed a 3:34 minute track (Title: In Your Head) for "The Matrix: Revolutions". In the Wachowski Brothers film, the track was used in a sequence set in the fetish club "Hell".

True
Pale 3 also composed the score for the 10-minute short film "True", which led to the title song "True" with Beth Hirsch.
The soundtrack is not available in shops.
The Princess and the Warrior
The soundtrack CD doesn't only document the score. Pale 3 wanted to create a film to listen to, which is why they developed songs out of instrument pieces, for which they brought names such as Beth Hirsch, Goldfrapp, Lamb, 12 Rounds, Anita Lane and Franka Potente into the recording studio. For the single 'You Can't Find Peace', they worked with the singer Skin, who was then still the front woman from Skunk Anansie.

Run Lola Run
It was the second time Pale 3 created a soundtrack which set new standards in electronic film scoring. The soundtrack contains remixes from Johnny Klimek and independent Berlin artists such as Susie van der Meer, Sun Electric, Clemek feat, Clé, Lee Spencer, Operation Phoenix and Tommi Eckart. Thomas D from the "Fantastischen Vier" and the lead actress, Franka Potente, secured soundtrack sales of more than a quarter of a million in the US.

Winter Sleepers
In the summer of 1996, Tom Tykwer booked Johnny Klimek's studio in Berlin in order to record the music for the trailer for "Winter Sleepers". After Tom heard some songs that Reinhold Heil and Johnny Klimek had recorded together with Jovanka von Wilsdorf (BabyLoon), he asked them if they would be interested in working with him on the film score. They produced the music within three months, a partnership developed and an individual style was born. The soundtrack contains the score from Pale 3, three BabyLoon songs and further titles by Sussan Deihim/R. Horowitz, Arvo Pärt and the US band, Spain.
